We want you to book direct with confidence. Here's how cancellations work for reservations made through Beach Base.
Cancel 30 or more days before your check-in date and you'll receive a full refund — including any cleaning fee — no questions asked.
If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, the booking is non-refundable. In some cases we may be able to rebook you for future dates, depending on availability and ability to fill the initial dates you booked. Please get in touch.
Plans change — we get it. If you need to shift your stay, message us as early as you can and we'll do our best to accommodate. Date changes made 30 or more days before the original check-in are free, subject to availability and any seasonal rate difference.
If you can't travel because of serious illness, a death in the family, or a documented travel disruption (cancelled flights, government restrictions, etc.), please get in touch. We'll review your case individually and aim to be reasonable.
