We had a great stay at Adam's place. The apartment was perfect for our family of four. It was lovely and clean and had everything you would need. Exactly as described and Adam sent some helpful info on places to visit before we arrived. The pool was great too. Would happily come again.
We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation has a very modern, clean feel — nice tiled floors, embedded wall lights, induction hob. The view overlooking the bay is beautiful, especially watching the sun set over the Med. On most evenings we drove to Li Junchi beach to eat at the beach bar.
Adam's communication was excellent from when we booked until the end of the holiday! Lots of recommendations for beaches and beach bars. The accommodation was lovely, air conditioning in each room was very welcome, easy access to the pool. Quiet and private space with the most amazing views.
Adam's place is really great and outstanding for Sardinia! You feel right at home quickly thanks to the decoration and the furnishings. The neighbours were also quiet and pleasant. Everything was clean and well thought out.

Perfect accommodation for visiting northern Sardinia. Well equipped and comfortable. We visited the surrounding beaches several times — Lu Bagnu is our favourite as the waves are calmer. The views from the apartment are breathtaking!
Ideal location to visit the Maddalena archipelago and La Pelosa beach. We also found Spiaggia de Li Cossi very worthwhile nearby. Going to eat in the harbour of Isola Rossa — in short, we had no time! Very nice to return to the apartment just in time to see the sunset.

The nearest airports are Alghero (45 min drive) and Olbia (1h 15 min). We recommend renting a car to explore the area. Detailed directions and parking instructions are sent before your arrival.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request — just ask when booking.
Yes, the pool is shared between both apartments, but with a maximum of 10 guests across the property it always feels private. Each apartment has its own dedicated sun loungers.
Li Junchi beach in Badesi is just 5 minutes by car — a long stretch of golden sand that's rarely crowded. La Marinedda (a surfer favourite) is about 10 minutes away.
Yes! We have fast, reliable fibre broadband throughout both apartments. Each has a dedicated desk area with sea and pool views — many of our guests work remotely during their stay.
We love animals but unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets at the property at this time. This helps us maintain the apartments and pool area for all guests.
